Does anyone here have frequent or almost constant nausea? I've had bouts of nausea due to anxiety but lately it seems to be more and more frequent.
I'm wondering if this could be due to my antidepressants as it seems to have spiked the longer I've been on them (and higher dosages affect me more, I've just dropped down to 12.5 mg peroxetine from 25 mg two days ago due to how annoying the nausea was getting).
Simple remedies like ginger ale and mint tea seem to help some, but the pressure I feel in my upper stomach with the nausea when it's there is super annoying. Food can either help it or make it worse.
Any ideas or advice from personal experience with this pesky symptom?
