Is this anxiety? Please help!

I've been struggling for the last few months. Both arms have been extremely weak for about 5 days now. Does anyone else have symptoms that last this long? Just putting on a shirt makes my muscles scream!

I also have weakness in my legs and back and abs

i get this just now, my muscles shake whenever I use them and my fingers shake aswell when moving them
