Scared again

It really gets to me when people don't reply to emails or texts. I automatically assume something is wrong or will go wrong. I can tell you guys coz you understand but if I tell anyone else it's like oh no here we go again. Am waiting on email and text replies today and it's really worrying me. Feel sick in my stomach.

you know this is your anxiety hun just trying to get the better of you .
i think with anxiety we get in the habit of these thought and it is hard to change you know mabe the email you sent hasent been read yet or the text mabe the people you sent them to havent had chance in there day to reply :shrug: try work on changing your thoughts and dont think to much about it
