Hi,
I went for my six-month asthma review this morning.
I have mild asthma, take Fostair twice in the morning and twice in the evening, which means I hardly need to take my Salbutomol inhaler during the day.
My anxiety is pretty bad at the moment, but the nurse checked my breathing and blood pressure and said everything is fine.
However, I -- stupidly -- just read an article online about a girl, who also had mild asthma, who died following an attack after she ran up some stairs.
I am not panicking about it happening to me, therefore making my asthma worse.
I have only ever had one asthma attack, though, and that was three years ago, which caused by dust, not worry.

Hi CantonaKing, ive read your post but I'm a bit confused as to what advice you are asking for sorry. You seem to be ontop of your asthma and said you were *not* worried, did you mean to say you're *now* worried? If not what was your question meant to be? Thanks.

ISB ☺

Sorry, I meant I am panicking more, like my anxiety is going to my chest and worried can't catch my breath.
Nurse taught me a breathing exercise and I'm trying it, but just feel scared.
