Anybody ever experienced offset symptoms.

What I mean is that in May I suffered a big anxiety attack which sparked my constant anxiety. It started with a huge hit of dizziness which lasted a month or two.

After it subsided I then I got visual issues, finding it hard to focus.

Then I got ringing in my ears, followed by fasciculations.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced/experiencing this?

Hi Ben

I've had all of those at some point since my big anxiety attack in September set me off on my generalised anxiety disorder journey (diagnosed in October)

No particular symptom has lasted very long although several have reoccurred and still make appearances. I'm not sure if they're purely anxiety related, medication related (I've been on two different AD's since then) or a combination of both?

I'd appreciate any thoughts or advice you have on them and are your symptoms continuous?

Hi there,

I've started having dizziness again which made me ask. So symptoms seem to reappear in a vicious cycle. From what I've said I don't believe your symptoms are from your ADs. Do you get tired a lot? Recently I've found that I find it real difficult to get out of bed.

Hi Ben

Yes I seem pretty much permanently tired, although I don't sleep well at the minute so I guess that's no real surprise?

The dizziness is probably my most constant symptom, visual problems the least.

I'm hoping the AD's will help relieve all of these, good luck and keep us updated.
