Scared of stomach issues

Hi everyone...I have been having some strange symptoms. I seem to be burping a lot, have an uneasy feeling on left side of upper stomach, nausea at times. Eating fine, no vomiting, bm's normal. My stomach does make loud gurgling at times. I occasionally do take Zantac which helps some, but I don't take regularly. Does anyone else have this and what is it???

I agree with Annie its likely to be IBS but still best to get it checked out x

I have the exact same issue except on the right side. I'll let you know what it is once I find out if you're still worried.
