Abdominal sounds

So lately I've noticed in my lower intestines I get this really loud noise and rumbling that doesn't end for ages and I don't know wherever it's passing gas or something to be concerned about, doesn't cause pain it's just really loud and gets embarrassing

Sounds like digestion to me. With my diet you could hear my stomach from another room.
