I'm not sure where to write this, so I thought I'd write it here. Has anyone ever been so tired that you "feel like you're going to die"? By that I mean, you get shaky and very exhausted, and you tried to fight going to sleep to "stay alive". I know it sounds ridiculous, but I hate the nights when this happens. Sometimes when I'm able to sleep during it, if I get woken up with someone trying to talk to me, I'll answer with "I'm dying". I'll also try to wake myself up at times and feel like I was just about to suffocate.
It's so frustrating because I don't know what this is, but I realize that dying in my sleep would be like the best case scenario if I did die. Talk therapy has never worked for me without meds, so I can't wait until I can safely be on them again.
