I went to the Doctor yesterday and was prescribed Clarithromycin 500mg 1 twice a day. I woke up at 4am feeling like I was on fire but I didn't have a temperature. I'm at work at the moment and my heart is beating fast and feel generally hot in the face and yuk. Is it a side affect of the medication or is is me freaking myself out, can't work out if it's anxiety or tonsillitis. Can someone reassure me. My left arm is aching above my elbow and I'm panicking about that aswell, feel horrendous. Thanks
