Long story short I got super dizzy today so I went to the Dr to get checked out. Turns out I have vertigo. I of course now think I have a brain tumor bc I can't really find anything that says vertigo affects your vision. Although it makes sense why it would. sigh. Help me accept that it's vertigo.

Literally the first website I went to says vertigo affects your vision. And its a US government health website. So its credible.

Yep, vertigo affects vision. I know two people with vertigo - they both complain about what it does to their vision. And for what it's worth, neither of them worries too much about the condition.

Also:

Doctor's opinion = cause for further worry
BUT
Our opinions = reassurance?

Seriously, if you want to feel reassured and accepting of your diagnosis, listen to what your doctor has said.

Definitely vertigo. Don't worry.

I have occasional spells of vertigo, usually after I recover from a flu. It blurs my vision and affects my ability to focus my eyes on one object.

Help me accept that it's vertigo.

Doctors know what they're talking about better than amateur Googlers.
