jerk in neck or leg as going off to sleep

everytime i relax and try to go to sleep i get a jerk in my neck that jumps me awake or it can happen in my leg.

anyone else.

its stops me sleeping had it all night last night.

Hypnic jerk. Sometimes I get it in my whole body and I've had it long before I was obsessed with my health. It's not even an anxiety thing, it's completely normal and safe to google. It happens when people are about to doze off and also when people fall asleep and suddenly shocked awake. I get it when I am over-tired.
