Flashes

Ok before I get world up about this. I was outside and came inside and my eyes want all weird and sort of flashy like I had to close my eyes until it stopped.

I'm thinking rationally and trying to tell myself the it was my eyes trying to adjust? ?? But this is the first time this has ever happened. .. I've also got a little pressure headache now too.....

So basically is this something I need to worry about?

Well, my own personal philosophy is increasingly moving towards the idea that there is no such thing as some thing that you need to worry about.

But I get what you're asking. It's pretty obvious as an outsider that this was just your eyes adjusting. It probably has happened before, but you haven't noticed it. You're so anxious that you'll notice anything and then panic about it.
