Like a lot of people, I find mornings the worst, that sinking feeling I get in the pit of my stomach when I wake. I manage to shake it off or distract myself as the day goes on but I'd love to shake it off faster and more fully. I've been using guided meditation to help me sleep and find it good but maybe there's one for morning wake-up?

Does meditation work? Any other tips?

Hey Sylver,

I go through stages of this a lot also. I'm not sure if it is also the case for you, but for me it happens during the normal morning routine, so changing it up, going out for breakfast instead of staying home, going into work early, catching up with a friend for coffee etc, help break the anxiety first thing.

In saying that, it's not fool proof. If you end up finding something else that works, feel free to share ;)
