About 4 days ago my face started burning around my mouth.
It was the evening when it started but I was drunk so it didn't worry me too much at that time. The next few days I expected it to go, but it hasn't, and it's particularly bad tonight which is making me anxious.
The burning is mainly above my lip, and also on my cheeks a bit. There is a red mark above my lip and the cheek areas where it's burning. What causes this?
The day before it started I'd been on the beach and the weather was very bad, very windy and rain. Could that have caused it? How long will it last? Also the morning the burning started I woke up with a painful right side of my lip, in the crease. When I open my mouth the pain is worse. At first I thought it was a cold sore but now I don't know as they're not like this usually for me.
