New Anxiety - thoughts?

Hello, I am new here - I was diagnosed on Tuesday with Adult Separation Anxiety and since then it seems to have got ten times worse, has anyone else had this or is this normal, I feel dreadful but not told my partner as don't want to be a pain :unsure:
