Hi, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 52yrs old and have suffered with anxiety and agoraphobia since my mid teens. I've tried a number of therapies, some of which worked whilst I was having them, but nothing that has worked long term. I live just NW of London with my partner, who thankfully is very supportive of my problems.
