Hello all,
I am new to this forum, I'm from Canada and I'm and RN (I know I should know better)
I was hit playing a sport tonight and was fairly hard, and I think I bumped my head. I am worried that I have a concussion and that I will either die in my sleep of a brain bleed or something else terrible will happen. My nose ran a little after the game so of course being a nurse I immediately assumed I was having a CSF leak. We have a neurologist on my team who said there is really nothing to worry about, and it made me feel okay for a few seconds, but you know how it is, I feel good for a second and then right back to worrying. I don't have a headache or anything, feel a bit "off" but that could also be my anxiety talking. I'm just so scared Any advice would be much appreciated.
