newly diagnosed and new on here

Hi l just recently was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder, after some serious anxiety issues led to my being put on Diazepam and seeing a pyschiatrist, l am having constant thought loops and l am not coping very well. Just wanted to say Hello.

OCD can be a real struggle but there are many people here who are really experienced with and will likely be able to offer you advice, I wish you well x
