Feeling scared

Hi
Is this part of anxiety
I was sitting on the settee at my mams today and I noticed I was feeling a bit dizzy
I then noticed I had a feeling of looking over a cliff edge I was dieing to go to the toilet but I felt rooted to the spot like I was scared
I was thinking in the back of my mind I don't want to faint here I'd rather no was around me looking at me for some reason that bothers me and scares
It's been a few hrs now but I have noticed it has left me with a feeling of being inside a buble I can't think straight even though I'm driving etc I can't seem to snap out of this feeling and get with it and this feeling causes me more anxiety as I feel I'm not part of this world

Hi Melvin, yes I think feelings of unreality are quite common, I know I've had them in the past though it isn't something I notice now.
