Hi, I'm new to the site - been suffering devere dizzy spells for 3 weeks. I had this 2 years ago and after a year on Citalopram it went away. It's now come back with a vengeance.....Aaargh!!:shrug:

Thanks for your messages of encouragement. Been looking round the site for hours and it's great!! Nice to see so many people perking each other up and passing on life experience.....I'm feeling better already!
Just by following the breathing exercises this afternoon has taken away the dizziness. x x x x:yesyes:
