I hope it is okay to post but a big part of my ocd is constant intrusive thoughts, these tend to be thought loops which go on for hours. One of the most persistent at the moment is a dead of Death- l hit my head on the wall by accident this morning and was terrified my brain would bbe injured, l worry about something happening to my loved ones a lot and come up with catastrophic outcomes to situations or the everyday. My other main ocd thoughts focus on a fear of being put away somewhere such as an insitution or similar, or ruminating over my past a lot. It has gotten to the point of living by the hour and scared of everything, l seek constant ressurance from those around me. I only was diagnosed about three weeks ago after many years of anxiety suffering, currently awaiting more therapy.
