I am going through some bad health anxiety patch and some days I seem to feel overwhelmed with symptoms for the whole day.

Like I had a great day on Saturday but then absolute nightmare on Sunday.

My main symptoms are cold but sweaty hands and feet.
Feeling off balance when I walk.
Derealization on and off. Especially if I am driving.
Pins and needles across the body.
Feels like I have dried glue on my left side of the face.
Shivering.
Muscle Tension.
Negative thoughts. I can't seem to shake them off.
Loss of interest in things that I used to like.

On bad days (which are happening more often now) I get almost all of these above.
I used to have anxiety before and then it subsided, but for the last 6 months, it has been getting progressively worse.

Has anyone been through such symptoms and do you usually get them all day? Is it even normal to get symptoms all day constantly?

I get depersonalisation/derealisation the most as well as muscle tension, pins and needles and most definitely negative thoughts you can't shake off. When I go through bad patches of anxiety, I most certainly feel a variety of different symptoms all at once and on some days, all through the day, yes.

I get depressed/anxious in the morning. I sleep late cause I can't sleep through the night. I get up, turn on my lap top and then I don't eat or shower until 3. I don't know why I'm doing this. Anyone else have morning depression/anxiety?

I definitely get symptoms all day, have done for months. My main ones are a near constant spaced out/off balance feeling, sometimes feels like the floor is moving. Extremely tired where I am just in a constant daze, hazy vision and I also have bad GERD/IBS or something which makes me feel like I can't breathe properly. It's taken me a long time to accept it is anxiety as I generally feel fine it is just the physical symptoms! But I've had so many tests done, even a head MRI last week and all is clear.
I believe it's because I have been focusing on these feelings for so long, my body has become so sensitised to every little feeling and the smallest thing probably subconsciously triggers it.
Recently I've been going through longer periods where I feel ok so I am starting to have more hope - exercise and writing a gratitude journal at the end of each day has helped loads! Also however bad you feel, still go out and do things. I often dread leaving the house/making plans because I worry about how I feel but do it anyway. 9 times out of 10 I feel much better when I'm out taking my mind of it and it makes me feel so much happier after, having socialised or whatever it is you're doing. Stick with it and you'll really start noticing a difference.

You sound alot like me. Unless I can start doing something that takes 100 percent of my focus I feel like that all day. I have been suffering from this since 2001.
