I'm finding my pulse is around 100 - 105 when resting. I know I'm being paranoid, I have been suffering with the most awful cold for a week and I'm coughing like a lunatic - that's bound to increase pulse rate, I tell myself. The rational part of me knows this. But it's after midnight, another night on the sofa unable to sleep properly. I'm not feeling at all rational.
Another really weird thing is, I'm lying in bed trying to ignore the thumping heartbeat, trying to relax, and my throat suddenly makes the oddest noise, all by itself! It startled me, like a sneeze would, but I certainly didn't sneeze. It's happened several times, and it's really bizarre. Can catarrh do things like that?
I know this is very trivial and silly... but you all know what it's like late at night when your body throws stuff like this at you.. just needed a little space to vent, I guess. :blush:
