Numbness in limbs

Hi, i am new here but was originally with anxietyzone, which appears to have stopped. I have been having a significant anxiety spell for a few months which appears to be getting progressively worse. In the last few weeks i have been getting numbness in my right arm and similar weakness type feeling in my right leg. I have had acute tension problems aswell at this time in the neck and body, pressure in the head with ice cold hands etc. Obviously i am very concerned.Is it normal for anxiety to cause this type of numbness.

Hi mark it sounds like anxiety. The mind is so powerful it's amazing what anxiety can do to the body. It then become a horrible circle because the anxiety causes physical symptoms that causes more anxiety. Try and relax easier said than done I know. Also have you though about any antidepressants ?
