Going up to 20mg tomorrow morning.
10mg: Getting reasonable sleep at night. Anxiety fades into background somewhat in afternoon/evening after popping up in the morning. Slight headache, yawning, tiredness (especially at night) but side effects diminished compared with the first few days. Diazeapam (Valium) stopped being necessary some time ago although propranolol is helpful.
I forgot about the drinking! Had 3 glasses of wine rather than 2 over the weekend and it led to a couple of nights of insomnia and a bit of a subsequent low. Best to steer clear of alcohol with citalopram or limit it for taste rather than effect!
