Is this a migraine or worse?

The past few hours I've felt what I though was a migraine and it gets worse when I move, just now when I got up to go to the bathroom the pain got worse and won't budge it's to one side of my head and throbs

I'm scared

Sounds like every nasty headache that I have ever had. It sucks. Movement, smells, noise, light all make it worse.

Yep, definitely a migraine.

I find lying in a dark room with a cool, wet rag over my face/eyes works wonders. I'm not super sensitive to noise, so I'll listen to a favorite show as a distraction.

I'm a fan of ibuprofen and caffeine. Lots o caffeine.

Yes, paradoxically, caffeine helps, because some say caffeine can bring on migraine, but there are certain over the counter pain killers that do contain caffeine and are aimed at migraine headaches. ..and they work. I know this from experience.

Sounds like a sinus headache. That's what mine feel like. Do you have any cold like symptoms?
