OK yawl I'm a 24 year old male I've had plenty of test done on my heart in the past and everything was fine but I get this pain that likes to come back every so often. Its like a sharp pain under my breast and chest that goes to my back it's pretty annoying I've read of other people having it too but I want to find out what it is

Hey. Yeah, I've had that too lately. Along with some GI issues.

I have hiatal hernia and considering the spot I've been wondering if that could be the culprit.
