The Anxiety Guy

Has anyone ever checked this guy out on Youtube? He is really amazing. He talks all about getting over health anxiety and he is much better than anyone I have yet to experience as far as accuracy on how health anxiety works. He also has a facebook page and podcasts. Really, I just thought I would mention him to anyone who really has been checked out from head to toe and deals with extreme health anxiety to youtube him.

Tried listening to him a couple times but find I need to be in a good place in my head to actually hear what he's saying... if I'm feeling anxious already, he seems to drone on and on and on...

Yeah Nancy, I agree if you are in full blown panic mode listening to anyone about anything is almost impossible.
