Are you saying you can feel it down one side when you swallow but not the other? if so there could be a number of causes(nit likely to be dangerous) so I'd consult your GP x

LPR, Acid reflux, Glandular, and a number of throat conditions, i get the same sensation myself. if its really bothering you the best you can do is consult a doctor x
