Back pain (upper and lower). Chest pain. Strange cough. Nausea. Lightheadeness. Irregular breathing. I managed to fall asleep for about an hour and woke up in a panic. What is happening to me? I can't sleep because of these strange symptoms. I feel like something is wrong.
