Sudden stomach ache, freaking out

I just woke up to having stomach ache, it was pretty bad and I tried to go back to sleep but I ended up going to the toilet, it wasn't diarrhoea just softer than normal. I have been constipated up on till now. I'm now back in bed freaking out because the stomach ache is radiating into my chest a bit and I read something earlier about a woman who had a heart attack and her only symptoms was throwing up. I know this is completely irrational but I can't stop panicking. I'm going to try to eat something and see if I'm hungry, but I really just want to sleep it's 3Am now.

How are you feeling now? It was likely IBS if you have ever had something like this happen before x

I'm ok now, thanks, I ate something sugary and started to feel better in 10 or so minutes. I have had stuff like this happen before but never this bad.
