I have a feeling this could be a stupid question...
I was just getting dressed and noticed I had a sore spot on my breast. I had a look and there is a red lump half the size of a pea that wasn't there yesterday. I noticed there was a hole in the top of it and squeezed it and a blackhead looking thing came out. It is red and sore and a bit hit to touch.
Could it be breast cancer? Do lumps show up that quick? Are they visible like pimples on your skin? I'm 38 with 3 kids and currently breastfeeding.
