Worried about Bpa help

I only learned today about Bpa in plastics and read that it's in contact lenses and plastic glasses and now I'm worried. I wear them all the time and I used to chew on the arms few months ago it was a nervous habit and now I worried about all the Bpa I ingested. I also read about bpa in everything almost it's impossible to avoid it and I know it causes cancer I'm freaking out anyone have information about it. I'm worried about the chewing on my glasses I used to do and about wearing my contacts

Thank you:). I've seen mixed results on different sites but I'm gonna trust those you've sent me. I worry a little cause I used to chew on my glasses and they are plastic but I'm gonna trust it's not harmful
