Worrying about lung/throat cancer

I have a cough and cold at the minute, not sure whether it is whizzing or nerves sounds I am making. I am not coughing all the time and not coughing up blood.

I do not smoke or drink booze. I am thinking every time I make a weird sound I have got a problem with my health like cancer.

I am 33 so I got a low chance of lung cancer and throat cancer, but with my health anxiety (which I am on the waiting list for now) I do worry about every strange noise, sound, smell, feeling etc
