I'm sure most of us experience this. You go weeks or maybe even months with hardly any or no PVCs and then boom one day you're getting them nonstop with no seemingly noticeable trigger. I know it's probably fruitless to try and understand these things but my brain says "there has to be a cause"

I'm going through this exact same thing right now. I'd started taking magnesium and really thought I'd figured something out... now I'm right back where I started.

I went a year and boom back three days ago.
I hate them ..I've tried magnesium,evening primrose oil,fish oil,multivitamins
I don't want to take beta blockers

Are you particularly stressed or any changes that may have brought them on? Did you have none at all for a year?

I'm incredibly stressed at the moment.
Things have been awful for a while crying all the time, worrying thoughts etc.
I had the odd one here and there but it was faint and didn't bother me ..

That probably explains why you're having them. The stress is making your heart irritable.

The other night I got them every 20-30 seconds for hours ..then they stopped for 6 hours then started for 20 minutes.
Then last night I took diazepam and they stopped till I got up this morning.
Just keep stopping and starting.
