Red itchy neck

Hi has anyone else had some red itchy neck just come on
It's set my anxiety off

It may just be a reaction to something. If I wear certain materials near my neck I get something similar. Also, I've seen people get a red neck when they are presenting in front of an audience. So anxiety maybe.
