Vertigo from celexa?

I'm getting that positional vertigo when I move my head in certain directions - mostly when sleeping. Could this be from the medicine? The doctor said it's not common and that it could be that the medicine wears off and then I feel some withdrawal
He suggested taking half in the morning and half and night to see if that eliminates the problem. Any advice?

Hello. Yes I have experienced Vertigo and off balance feelings since taking Citalopram. GP's will never admit that any symptoms are anything to do with the medication, but the truth is, there ARE side effects, some of which don't wear off with time either. Just my opinion.
