Feeling bad

:weep: My depression is taking its toll on me right now, i have just had a big row with my girlfriend and im not sure that i can come round from feeling like this.
My head feels like it is going to explode i just want to sit in a corner and forget about the world.
Totally fed up of this feeling.

not really. i used to but i dont really anymore.

Hi Adam,

I think you really should do something about this-you don't have to suffer in silence! Go to the doctor, seek counselling, get in touch with self-help groups, get exercising and out and about. I know you probably don't feel like it but the fact that you don't get out or enjoy your hobbies is proof that there's something wrong and can only make your depression worse. Go for it!

hi Adam i 2 felt like you about 3 weeks ago and i got the doctor 2 come and see me as i cant leave the house and he put me on meds and now i can smile again and feel a lot better, im no longer laying on the chair not wanting 2 move or do anything , so think it would help you if you did go 2 the doctors . pm if u want a chat,,,
