more frequent bowel movement

i have had bowel movements for teas probably every other day on average and at random times. for last 2 weeks has been every morning at same time , at about 7am and it's worrying me. i know this sounds trivial but it's noticeable to me so does this warrant mentioning to doctor? sorry for
tmi ,can u have a change in frequency without it being serious. no change to diet or anything else. no
medication either.

I wouldn't say so in fact going at the same time every day sounds more regular and healthy to me? I don't know if you have IBS or not but there can frequently be changes without any trouble x
