Going through another worry this time it penile cancer worry

This time it is Penile cancer once again, trying not to Google I am 33 so what are the chances of me getting it or having it. I dont smoke, dont have a girlfriend etc. I noticed sometimes I make my foreskin a bit red in some areas, I have been to GP before.

Also my arms, neck and hips hurt, and pains in my stomach,
