weird symptoms. IBS?

Hi, for about over 2 weeks now I've been having constant issues with my stomach. I rarely have appetite, if I eat fat stuff my stomach immediately acts up and I can hear it rumbling, i have gasses, followed by really soft (almost wattery) poo and that general disconfort. Then it gets better if I eeat rice and stuff, then worse again as soon as I jump back to normal. Also I think I have a hemoroid or something cause often i feel it bulk up when I poo and it stings a bit (especially after I eat things like onions or spicy stuff).

I didn't take any medication yet, n'or have I went to the doctor (it hasn't been really bad, just a general disconfort).

Is this what IBS feels like? Should I be worried about something else?

If it concerns you it doesn't hurt to get checked out by a doctor but it certainly sounds like it x

Thanks, I guess I'll have to go to the doctor eventually cause it doesn't seem to go away by itself.
