Pee anxiety ruining my life

Every time I go to pee I'm scared of pushing too hard. I've been thinking about this for like 3 months straight now it's ruining my life. This started because I pushed to hard one time and it burned. This is embarrassing I think about this everyday my OCD is so bad and when I go I will get anxious

Don't worry too much. ODD can be a bigger when combined with health anxiety!

You probably had a slight abrasion the time it hurt or maybe even a very mild uti. Pushing too hard when urinating wouldn't cause pain so pee to your hearts content!
