I've been doing ok....... for a week or so, but I feel so weird right now...

I'm currently in bed and i feel so weird, I feel warm, my limbs feel a little shakey, I feel really on edge and just genuinly scared..... not sure what's happening right now.. I feel a little dizzy too even though I'm lying in bed....

It looks like a few hours have passed. Do you feel better?

I've had moments where I'm fine and am feeling reduced anxiety for days or even weeks and then suddenly suffer from sudden panic and feel all of the symptoms rushing back. I think this sort of thing is completely normal. :) Treatment doesn't progress in a straight line.
