So last Wednesday morning I banged my head in and around the right temple and for the next few days I've had derealisation-esque vision and extreme muscle tension. Thankfully things have finally started to subside last night, but I still haven't felt 100%. Nevertheless, I've been doing well today until about 15 minutes ago, when I needed to pick my nose but ended up picking out some patchy blood as well. It wasn't a nosebleed yet, but I picked a mixture of bogies and patchy blood out. Obviously now it's put my slightly on edge. I assume it's nothing bad, but any reassurance in any regard would be appreciated.
