Hi it's been a further 7 days since my last Drs appointment and I'm still not improving. The acid taste, painful stomach and pain under right ribs is still very much evident despite the Omprazole. My bowels are still very loose and I have lower back pain. Is it possible thus could be a co-existing acid reflux and IBS. I also have a mouth full of ulcers. This is so worrying. Most posters on here say the meds work on acid reflux but not in this case. Does anyone else have these symptoms please? Looking back on my past posts of 3 years ago I did have similar issues but they did eventually resolve. This time around I've lost weight as well. I also have what I would call burning mouth syndrome. The roof of my palate is so sore . It's like it's been burned by scalding hot coffee and my tongue tingles. I'm going to see my dentist tomorrow to see if it's connected to braces I had fitted last year. Any help or shared experience would be greatly appreciated
