Bad tooth worried

I have a really bad cavity in my top wisdom tooth There's no pain or anything but sometimes I get a slight bad taste in my mouth. I never had a tooth pulled before and the thought freaks me. I also don't have the money even with my insurance. I don't want take risks with my health and ignore an actual problem but it feels likes I'm constant overreacting to even little things. I hate stressing about this. It also doesn't help that for a couple of days I felt a tiny bit nauseous on and off.

I have a bad tooth I've ignored now for a few years - was told it needed root canal work but have never had it done through fear of Dentists!! I am contemplating sleep dentistry as I fear it is now too late for root canal work and will need to have it removed. Do you know your tooth has to come out or can they fill a wisdom tooth??

The dentist recommended that all four of my wisdom teeth be removed the last time I went.
