Anyone heard or tried stillness meditation

Hello everyone
I wondered if anyone has heard of or tried stillnes meditation. It seemingly was started in Australia by Dr Meares.Pauline Mckinnon has written a book about herself and how she used this method and is now cured from her agoraphobia. I am nearing the end of the book but just wondered if anyone has experience of this.

I haven't heard of it - but I'd like to know more. I'm all in favour of anything self-help like this.

I tried this, but from what I can remember it required a fair amount of time.
