On Monday I reached down whilst sat at my chair at work and got a searing pain in the Centre of my lower back. It eased but I thought I was going to faint , which is one of my anxiety symptoms. Since then I've been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol which eases the ache (which it is more than a sharp pain) but it doesn't give me complete relief. Of course the demon of anxiety is with me telling me "this could be serious", cancer serious problem, hospital admission, the usual.
Can anyone please help me try and put my mind at ease, I'm due to see my Doctor at 12.30 today but in the meantime I'm beside myself .
