Hi, I'm female, 39 and live in Cheshire. I left a long term relationship last year and it's been quite an adjustment to get used to being single again. I feel quite isolated at times and would love to meet some new people. I suffer from anxiety and depression, though they're not always so bad and I try to stay positive. Despite having social anxiety, I think I'm a person who needs a fair amount of social contact, which isn't really the best combination!
