Just wanted to post today to say to every fellow Health Anxiety sufferer, that your not alone and I understand what you are all going through.

People that don't suffer, can't always understand the sheer irrational terror we go through on a daily basis and how hard it is to overcome.

A personal song I listen to that gives me inspiration is Human by Christina Perry her video is very good too.

Try and get trough the day today doing something positive and happy I'm going to! HUGS xxx
